Planted in the desert, the Driftwood Project takes root where little else grows. Content with living in the underground, the Driftwood Project makes music because there's no other way to exist.
*Driftwood has been making occasional appearances here and there, and it should be known to all that we're not dead yet, although there have been many close calls. Since it's been a long time since we've attempted to sit down and record another studio album, we're just posting live jams that make no attempt to be a finalized polished product. These recordings include plenty of imperfections and less-than-desirable recording conditions, but the music is there to give you an idea what we're all about. We've always been a live band anyway.*

46 Bands unite to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Aug 29th, 2009, Civic Center Park, Denver: A day of local food and local music in support of a cure. Denver, CO August 29th 2009- The 6th Rocky Mountain Localpalooza. This eclectic music festival will be held on Saturday, August 29th in Civic Center Park, and will showcase the creative sounds of over 40 Colorado bands on three stages. Top tier local musicians from a variety of genres will be featured from 10 a.m. through 10 p.m. Don't worry we have a little something for everyone.

What's up Sir's. Your live tracks you put up sound amazing. Michael Myers' voice is sounding great as well. I've just recently moved back home (Boston), and am currently trying to get something going here with music. Keep up the good work guys. I miss playing with you guys, but it sounds like you got a very talented replacement. :-) Be safe, and best of luck on your journeys of musical talent.
