The Druids were a poplar band around the Stanford area from 1981-1983. The band formed from the remains of two other poplar Stanford bands, Rooftop Magic and The Claude Monet Band. They released one cassette tape, "Rock-A-Roni," which consisted of 15 fragrant original songs, in 1982.
Their progeny included The Heptiles, Missy and the Boogiemen, Zsa Zsa House, The Bones of Contention, and probably a bunch of other bands whose names we can't remember.
Thanks to David Welsh for digitizing the tunes!
