A perfect not-storm, the Dry Season is a….well, they shy away from describing themselves, so it almost feels tacky to take a shot saying what the guys do. What they do, simply, is to rock. An (mostly) instrumental band taking vibrations from post-rock, art-rock, metal rock and yazz and wielding them altogether into a forlorn witholding of vital life energies that sometimes breaks and pours over you, the listener; their name is no joke.
