SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CALENDAR

We are a wonderful bookstore that holds really awesome all-ages shows three to four times per school semester. We're looking for quiet-to-medium volume bands (we are a bookstore!). We have been doing shows for a few years, and the owner of the store is extremely kind for letting us use her space to put them on. If you would like to get involved, send us an e-mail at littleleaguebooking[at]gmail.com.

A few of the bands that have been kind enough to play here:
Fog, MV&EE, Page France, Jason Anderson, Parts & Labor, Horse Feathers, Charlemagne, Laura Gibson, Golden Shoulders, Y.A.C.H.T., The Dodos, Bobby Birdman, Adrian Orange, E*Rock...so many more.

To play here, please DO NOT send a myspace message! Send an e-mail to littleleaguebooking@gmail.com

You just need to tell us when to thrash, and we'll be there. We are equal opportunity thrashers.

MILLION FAG MARCH
Date: March 30, 2008
Time: 11:00 AM
Where: Westboro Baptist Church, Topeka, KS
Requirements: This is not a "gay-only" event. Just come with the ability to send a message to the WBC and Fred Phelps that intolerance is unacceptable.

To date, the WBC's protests have taken place in at least 22 states, and have inspired a wave of grassroots anger. As a result, 38 states have introduced bills to limit protests near funerals, and at least 29 of those states have passed such measures. Phelps has vowed to challenge the legislation, alleging that these new restrictions unconstitutionally restrict freedom of speech.

The time has come to turn the tables. Let us all gather in one place, at one time to (peacefully) show Phelps and his church that freedom of speech works both ways.

most certainly we should meet !
your coming in August, which is pure humidity - the city moves into a slow motion.
lord knows though, your from kansas, so i'm sure you can handle it.
we can have cold beverages and do some sightseeing.
