John Trudell is identified as being a poet, a songwriter and an actor. He does spoken word poetry over music, but I think of him as a philosopher, one who writes in lines and delivers his messages in song.
MothersWorldMedia.com and PhilosopherSeed.org were kind enough to allow me use their videos of John Trudell on my website, and I've uploaded some of his songs in the audio player, and beginning on April 3, you can hear my exclusive interview with him.
The Echo Lounge debuts on April 3, but already I'm making changes to the show. My office was robbed in December and all of the computers and editing equipment was stolen. I was devastated about it, but during the time it took for me to save the money to purchase new equipment, I had a chance to re-evaluate the show.
The first three shows will be audio only, but I'm really excited because The Echo Lounge is switching to video.
