Band MembersNancy Marie Giordano: (Lead Vocal) Although singing "all her life," Nancy's career as a vocalist began 12 years ago. It's only with maturity and perspective that she can now unleash a style all her own. As a seasoned performer, Nancy has lent her creative vocals to notable acts "The Second Coming," "1369," "Ronnie & Nancy," "Frankie Luv and Nancy Gee" and "Typhoid Eddie". Performing from NYC to Key West Florida, Nancy has shared the stage with many amazing musicians over the years and is now in the midst of lending her vocals to an original project with guitarist /vocalist/ songwriter Ron Giordano. For "The Eclectic Groove," Nancy has teamed up with some fine musicians who have enabled her to build her musical dream-team. The name says it all. The material is eclectic, from Evelyn Champagne King and Etheridge to Natalie Cole and Billie Holiday. Originally from Mount Vernon, N.Y., Nancy now resides in the state of Connecticut, with her family. M.J.: (Keyboard/Vocal) M.J.'s has played piano for A.T.A.S. ( Emmy Awards) and opened for rock groups ranging from Marshall Tucker and Rick Derringer to The Knack. His musical career goes pretty far back, to the days in L.A. and NYC. M.J is a talented, creative and personable performer. His vocal ability is outstanding, and his playing is tremendous. And on a good night, you might be lucky enough to hear his satire on your favorite tunes. M.J. currently serves as musical director for The Institute for Spiritual Development Church, in Sparta, N.J. He has a CD of piano and meditation music set for release in spring '08; look for it on our merchandise page. M.J. is a musical genius and a refreshing addition to this Groove. Todd Metcalf: (Drums) Todd Metcalf, a musician from 6th Street in Austin, Texas, now keeps the beat for The Eclectic Groove. Although, living and playing all around the country, Todd spent much time in Armonk, NY, which he still refers to as his hometown. Over the years, living in Austin, Todd has been exposed with some of the finest musical acts and has been afforded the opportunity to lend his talents to quite a few artists such as Hand to Mouth, A Band Called Joe and Black Pearl. In his spare time you will catch him playing his drums, listening to good music, riding his Harley and spending time with the family. Todd now resides in Connecticut. Ron Frusciante: (Lead Guitar/Vocal) Ron's passion for the guitar started while in high school. His band the “Savages” enjoyed a successful run playing concerts and clubs throughout the New York area, including a two year engagement in Bermuda. They also were the opening act for recording artists “The Lovin Spoonful” and “Muddy Waters”. “The Savages” went on to record an album with producer Wes Farrell who wrote songs such as “Hang On Sloopy”. During the 70’s thru the 90’s, Ron performed with various bands in NY, LA, And Miami. Ron’s musical influences include Eric Clapton, Pete Townsend, Jeff Beck among others. But his inspiration will always be his daughter Hope, who courageously fought her illness for many years but always had a smile. Ron makes his home in Yonkers, NY, where he lives with his wife, children and grandchild.

I'll catch a gig one of these days. These last four weeks have been really hard. My machines have been breaking. Then my truck broke and a bunch of gigs. Thinks should be slowing down soon though. See ya at the grille.
