The Electric Boogaloo is indeed a space-funk snowball that has been evolving over the past 4 years into the treat for the human earhole that it is today. It's growing fanbase can be attributed to their unique live performance and overall live atmosphere. The Boogaloo has written an impressive assortment of music that they selectively debut once perfected. However, the art of improvisation is still The Boogaloos' specialty. Often mistaken for songs, The Boogaloos' jams are unique to themselves and cannot be reproduced. Expect nothing but improvement from The Electric Boogaloo as they continue to impress and hook more and more people with each passing performance. We have music for your ears and show info for your eyes up above. Also, check out The Joint Chiefs of Staff, a folk-funk-jamband featuring Mike, Alex and Pete, on our top 12.

Hey guys – Just stopping by to invite you to our Martyrs’ show this Friday June 13th. We’ll be joined by hometown friends, 56 Hope Road and Eli Jones, and we’ll also be giving away tickets to The Lazy River Music and Arts Festival! It’s our only hometown appearance on the books for the summer, so we hope you can join us for this great night of Chicago music!
You can also catch us at a number of Midwest festivals this summer, from Minnesota to Iowa to Ohio and points in between. Visit our myspace page or website for all the details!
