‘Trenches has a great groove, perfect tempo- the backing vocals are ace!’
‘Way beyond anyone else at their level...Top set lads, I was fucking loving it!." [comments made during The Courteeners live at Keele University, The ECB supported]
‘BIG-TOP Fun; strongman presence, high-wire suspense, adrenaline charged stunts and all the ubiquitous obscenity of clowning around. A live spectacle you can't afford to miss! ELECTRIFYING!’
‘This band could become our next moment of mayhem... If racing to the top of an Indie chart is their ticket, they've picked the gold one...this band opens it's own new scene, and I will be proven right given a few months.’
Roll-up, Roll-up... welcome to the weird and wonderful world of The Electric Circus Band, a place submerged into an assured melting pot of influences and styles, with a touch of magic swirling through genres. The music has a distinct and sinister edge, hacking into the sounds of 1960’s perfect pop and the raucous punk of the 1970’s, flowing through ever-malevolent indie splendor. It's at their live shows where The ECB’s catalogue of songs combine to create an immaculate blueprint for movie soundtracks; each set featuring suspense, horror and romance depicting tall tales of The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
Recent support slots include; The Courteeners, Holy Ghost Revival, The Backhanded Compliments and Paul Newsome (Proud Mary)
