About The Electric Pop Group

The Electric Pop Group is a Swedish indie band, formed in Gothenburg in 2005 by Erik Aamot (vocals and guitar) and Martin Aamot (guitar, bass, keyboards, drum programming and vocals).

When playing live, we are joined by Jimmi Thunholm (bass) and Gustaf Murman (guitar).

Our debut album, "The Electric Pop Group", was released in December 2006.

In 2007, we signed with Californian label Matinée Recordings.

An EP, "Sunrise", was released in March 2008.

Our second album, "Seconds", will be released in January 2010.
