Jon Liebman - Vocal/Harmonica
Jon Liebman, born and raised in Atlanta, started The Electromatics out of the retirement of Stoney Brooks and Juju Root. Jon has been playing music professionally for twelve years and got his musical start in Washington,D.C. There he studied with players such as Big Joe Maher, Joe Stanley, John Cocuzzi, Doug Jay, Pete Kanaras and Mark Wenner of The Nighthawks, and others. In Atlanta he toured and performed locally with best friend Sean Costello up until his passing April of 2008. He has recorded with Bill Sheffield , Larry Griffith , Forrest McDonald, Sean Costello, Nick Longo, Lee Griffin and many others. The Electromatics bring a unique style to every show combining Blues, Jazz, Funk, and Rhythm and Blues. The Electromatics continue to develop and look foward to music rebounding in 2009!
