Two horn section musicians with the experience to give bands a creative edge. A great opportunity to experiment with a dedicated brass section. We can deliver the top results your music deserves. :::::

We help bands develop their live performances on stage and with session work in recording studios. Writing and arranging brass parts to accompany your music can be carried out too. :::::

Fluent in all styles of popular music such as Pop, Soul, Funk, Disco, & Indie. We can support bands with new work by making it more marketable; helping to increase your audience figures. :::::

Featured on ITV1's arts & entertainment TV show Premiere, The Enormous Horns will definitely add an extra dimension to your live performances and studio work, giving you a presence of power, setting you apart from the ever growing crowd. :::::

We aim to work with bands who have a professional and forward thinking attitude. We have already successfully helped groups gain exposure in the mainstream music media, with reviews in renowned publications such as Melody Maker, Mojo Magazine and The Sunday Times, as well as many television and radio appearances. Aside from newer contemporary music, we also offer a ready made horn section, covering many well known chart songs, from past and present, which require well orchestrated brass harmonies. :::::

April 2010 Minimum Rates per Musician:

NATIONAL GIG RATES

This rate applies to casual engagements for groups performing in pubs and clubs.

Before midnight:

For engagements of up to 2 hours = £65.00

Over 2 hours and up to 3 hours = £78.00

After midnight + £19.50 per half hour.

Overtime Payable at time and a half, equivalent to £19.50 per ½ hour before midnight and £29.25 per ½ hour after midnight.

Commencing at midnight or after, £65.00 to be added to the after midnight fee.

Setting up time: The engagement is payable at the full hourly rate from whatever time the musician is required to have his instruments and equipment set up.

Distance Fees - in respect of time spent travelling, payable on engagements over 15 miles from the musician’s normal centre of employment – 15p per mile (minimum £5.00).

Petrol Fees - reimbursement of costs, as per HMRC guidelines – currently 45p per mile.

Additional Services

Cabaret accompaniment, dance demonstrations and competitions - £25.50.

Congestion/Toll Charges - All charges shall be paid by the engager.
