I am doing some more progress on my black hymns as well. I have the experimental soundscapes finished; now I am currently writing some brutal shit. I judge a bit too hard on how my stuff should be recorded. However, I have old school ideas for them to become more raw and vengefully nasty!
Looking foward to your release! May you unleash the dark demons of Hell!
I don't know if you already knew about some of these places, but I've been really fixated on this for quite sometime now. It's almost scary to me that I kind of obsess about it in a sense. Check this out:
I made two telephone microphones about nine or ten years ago. The engineer from the first Godsmack album taught me how to do it believe it or now. So, if you sing into it it'll sound perfect. Rings, dial tones, shoveling will all be easy. We can buy prerecorded sounds or we can make the sounds from scratch. I think your experimental audio will lead to some inspiring concepts in the realm of mixing.
