eric bee is the frontman for cleveland's finest rock and roll group elephant bones. "forgot the flowers" will be his third solo record. the previous two albums are the blueberry werewolf, and uncle gina, on which eric was testing, and testing well, how to play all of the instruments and make them cohesive.
unlike his previous two, eric chose an r&b approach to "flowers," equipped with driving hip-hop beats below a twangy telecaster, then topped off with stories told in falsetto. "forgot the flowers" premiered as a limited release in august of 2007. it will be released again, in many cities, in winter 07/08.
