About Thee Templars

From the hamlets of Essex emerges a band called THEE TEMPLARS, comprising of members THEE PAUL - 6 string axeman and vocalist - SID OF ESSEX - stixman and vocalist - PAYENS - 4 string axeman and vocalist. Although their individual influences vary, as one rabble they have their feet firmly held in Garage / Rock / Punk. Their sound is raw - hard - english and true and invite allcomers the opportunity to come along and listen to their merry sound. They have adopted the old middle english phrase 'Pick up thine axes and skins and fucking get on with it' They are ready for gigs and are open to offers of engagements around London, Essex and Kent..................................written by STUART FARQUARR - Gobshite and Journalist for the Fortean Times.
