One hour class unlike no other you have experienced. This is not your usual strip aerobics class. We teach genuine stripper moves and then give you a workout designed to strengthen and stretch the body parts that make these moves super sexy. We then incorporate mini "dances" that you can take home and practice. Be prepared to sweat, laugh and learn a few tricks that will just make you giggle and say, "Damn, I am hot!". This is for all ages, sizes and body types. We are all sexy Ladies so no negative body talk allowed.
What To Wear?
Long work out pants and a top that you feel sexy in. The point is to show your curves!
Exercise in heels? That is what makes this class so unique, sexy and fun! We have a few pair available as loaners and limited sizes for sale for only $30.00. You are welcome to bring your own heels or go barefoot.

No need to sign up. Just drop on in! this is an extremely welcoming and open class. It's a place where every woman fits in and is allowed to be herself.

I'm so excited to have found you on meetup & here! I've been looking for classes like these forever! I just recently returned home after living in Savannah, GA and they don't offer anything there like what you do. I probably won't be able to start a class for another month but but I am looking foreward to when I do! : )

I think I have a renewed love of dancing after the last two weeks. I was kind of losing it lately. Bellydance is fun and I do enjoy it, but it's so technical. i was recently retelling a story of when i was younger and thought i was getting to go to the Family Fun Center for my birthday, but INSTEAD my parents threw me a surprise bday party at our house and how rather than be happy, i was bummed that i didn't get to go to the center.
