YES! After three years of writing we are releasing our 3rd full-length album and hand-crafted book entitled 'Electric and Benevolent', and will have them on our follow-up tour of North America!! THANK YOU TO PRIMAVERA SOUND '09 and Vice Magazine ES for a wonderful showcase this year in Barcelona! We nearly sold out of our new album there and were very happy that so many of you came to see us!
Beginning with our album release (TICKETS HERE) extravaganza at the First Unitarian Church Friday June 19th (including the talents Buffalo Stance, Kill You In the Face and Brown Mushroom), we will travel to the far reaches of California and back once more for hi-fives and hardwood floors.
'Electric and Benevolent' is an abstract biography of a turn of the century genius, told over ten tracks of recorded music. As with our previous albums it is delivered in a hand crafted hardcover book. The format of the new book has been altered to convey a hand-written journal that includes freestyle calligraphy, pen and ink illustrations, and hand silk-screened fabric covers.
Be sure to look at our dates, and don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like us to come to your area, on this tour or the next!

The Man in the Suit - Live at Primavera Sound '09 (Spain)
i just saw you guys live on june 25th in birmingham and i must say that you are fuckin amazing live. man you put on a really awesome show. im glad i got to give you guys a free whopper. ill see you live again if youre ever around the south most definitely.
Jay Purdy's Mom here again. It looks as though those Montana and Dakota dudes and dudettes stopped whacking off long enough to put down their Marlboro's, pull the hay out of their teeth and get some gigs for these guys. So what the hell is wrong with you big city folks? Stop shopping at the GAP or Urban Outfitters long enough to pick up the phone and book these guys. The new album will not disappoint.
Hey, have you guys seen my face? Because I think you FUCKING ROCKED IT OFF at Maxine's! How was the lake??? Did its magical waters heal you? Did you swim across and back?
Awwww, no Missouri dates. :-.. You guys rocked the house at the Blue Note last time, and, between you and me, outperformed Islands, and were right on par with Man Man.
I really ment to tell you guys this last nite at greencup. I recently started "exercising", and it started by walking up the hills in my neighborhood. Needless to say, Alabama humidity, steep hills, and my lack of activity was not good. But whenever I felt like I couldnt do something,I started to sing the Warehouse Song, at least in my head. And it really did make all the difference. Your music makes anything possible.
i do not have a credit card, so you are going to have to eventually return to houston for a show so i can buy some goddamn merch, for example ALBUMS. please and thanks.
