About THE EYELIDS

The Eyelids are an all girl band from Falmouth, Cornwall. Likened to an all female version of the Cramps, Joan Jett, PJ Harvey and 'that fat woman from the Gossip ', their music is best described as punked up psychobilly but they take influences from all over and are constantly evolving and improving their set.

2009 sees the Eyelids recording their debut album with Alan Wilson at Western Star Studios and extending their gig schedule to include dates around the UK.

It took my nearly three hours to get to work and two and a half hours to get back home. By the time I get ready and get a bus to Camden and you are on first then I probably will miss your set. I was looking forward as well. Have a good night and I'll catch y'all next time.
