THE EYES – Bio Ingles
In January, 2004 born a dream called THE EYES with a few ideas and a few very clear and marked way. From the beginning, Wero and Edgar (predecessors of the group) prepare to look for people ready to fulfill the above mentioned goals. In view of this step and after several concerts with very good reception with bands like Walls Of Jericho, Suffocation, Gorefest or High On Fire, they arrange in August of the same year to record his first LP (Pursuing The Misfortune), of which they obtain very good critiques after his tour along Europe and you change others for Spain.
Immediately after this success, the idea arises, together with "La Semilla Del Diablo", of editing 7 " of versions of METALLICA and BLACK SABBATH. I agree after concert and after suffering some changes of formation, THE EYES stands firm at the end of 2007 to record what will be his second LP. It is at the time when the band suffers a strong blow on having remained without singer and battery, and one sees forced to stop his projection up to finding the persons mas indicated.
Re-arising from his ashes, in August, 2008 it begins the recording of what will be the new disc. Wero and Edgar (guitars), (bass) Christian, Michael (battery) and Jordi (vocals) give form to "INSIGNIS", which sees the light at the end of May, 2009 with KAIOWAS's unconditional support RECORDS (Roadrunner recirds Spain). There has come the hour of spending hundreds of hours in the van travelling, of giving everything in the concerts, and of presenting to the whole world what is The Eyes: INSIGNIS.
Soon The Eyes will act in the Sonisphere of Barcelona together with Metallica, Machine Head, Slipknot, Lamb Of God between others and in other summers fests, DO NOT GET LOST THEM!!!!!

En Enero de 2004 nace un sueño llamado THE EYES con unas ideas y unos objetivos muy claros y marcados. Desde el principio, Wero y Edgar (precursores del grupo) se disponen a buscar a gente dispuesta a cumplir dichas metas. Dado ese paso y tras varios conciertos con muy buena acogida con bandas como Walls Of Jericho, Suffocation o High On Fire, se disponen en Agosto de ese mismo año grabar su primer LP (Pursuing The Misfortune), del cual obtienen muy buenas críticas tras su gira por Europa y otras varias por España. A raiz de ese éxito, surge la idea, conjuntamente con La Semilla Del Diablo, de editar un 7" de versiones de METALLICA y BLACK SABBATH. Concierto tras concierto y después de sufrir algunos cambios de formación, THE EYES se planta a finales de 2007 para grabar lo que será su segundo LP. Es entonces cuando la banda sufre un fuerte golpe al quedarse sin cantante y bateria, y se ve forzada a frenar su proyección hasta encontrar a las personas mas indicadas. Resurgiendo de sus cenizas, en Agosto de 2008 empieza la grabación de lo que será el nuevo disco. Wero y Edgar (guitarras), Christian (bajo), Miguel (batería) y Jordi (voz) le dan forma a "INSIGNIS", que ve la luz a finales de Mayo de 2009 con el incondicional apoyo de KAIOWAS RECORDS (filial de Roadrunner). Ha llegado la hora de pasar cientos de horas en la furgoneta viajando, de darlo todo en los conciertos, y de presentar a todo el mundo lo que es The Eyes: INSIGNIS.
Proximamente The Eyes actuarán en el Sonisphere de Barcelona junto a Metallica, Machine Head, Slipknot, Lamb Of God entre otros y en otros festivales de verano, NO TE LOS PIERDAS!!!!!

Gran concert el dissabte pasat, deixant el pavelló ben alt! Hem veu encantar, i a més com vaig ser dels primers en comprar el nou cd encara o vaig disfrutar més! Ens veiem al setembre a Bigues, sens falta!

Thanks a lot for the add ! EletriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check EletriKa out!
