Was all a bit mental last night! I didnt know there would be that many bands playing, so the place was just in a constant rush, specially with all the gear, trying to get that out was a fucking nightmare!

Bands, promoters and venues feel free to add to the NEW what's on. We would do it for you but then that's all we would be doing alday instead of getting on with working on the new sections. The search results were excellent with our old site, (the stats proved people were using the site to look for gigs/events.) they are going to be even better with this one
Just type in "alternative music community" or "NEW alternative music" in google and see the results for yourselves!!! and if you click UK we're even higher! Don't miss out on a great way to promote your band or gigs and events.
There is more options for members to do. New more indepth profiles, members galleries that are easy to add photos to, a new gig and events what's on section, brand new directory listings. But.. the old forum and accounts.
We've got more to add too, but for now tweaking and the occasional bug fixing on the sections that are already up. Plus adding odd listings in the what's on and directory.
P.s any current members may have to click forgot password link before they can login, this has not been the case for everyone but for some members. Any problems then just contact us.
thanks for getting it touch mate, ahhhh no worries. it is a bit short notice to be honest. its very much a last minute thing. i dont think it will go ahead to be honest, as nothing is planned properly right now, its just a lot of little things all hashed together.

haha, i had to do it... i dont know what came over me... actually i do. it was a strange dream i had about a week before, and i thought itd be fucking hilarious seeing a banana on stage. so i had to buy it :p haha, yeh i spose... gutted :) iv tried to watch your youtube vid of it, but it aint working... even more gutted! but yeah, write something as trippy as that, and il be uber impressed by the way, my bassist and dawn are trying to put on a charity gig at the duke on the 20th nov for macmillan, wed like you guys to play if you can, and well. we want you headlining it really, wer just getting loose strings together at the mo, but if you could let us know if you can make it, thatd be awesome!

I had a listen at Under My Skin, I like it though the vocals tend to get a bit lost. I'm biased though, I'm largely a lyric fan just as much, if not more so than the music. You lot seem to have fabulous lyrics. The overall sound is great though.
