About me: I write for the horror website HOUSE OF HORRORS. I have a column there called THE FAN GIRL NEXT DOOR. Check it out at www.houseofhorrors.com..
I also write for the really cool horror webzine www.BthroughZ.com
I am obsessed with the horror genre and have been for as long as I can remember. I'm pretty easy going and fun loving. I live near the water in the most perfect place you can imagine. Life is good.
Independent Horror is something that is important to me. Seeing people with little or nothing to work with make a kick ass movie is very cool.
Some great quotes that I live by....
"Do what you have to do so you can do what you want to do"
"If you don't set a baseline standard for what you'll
accept in life, you'll find it's easy to slip into
behaviors and attitudes or a quality of life that's
far below what you deserve."
This is my girlfriend Eva Mendes, only she doesn't know it yet.
Great to hear from you, I would love to have your work on the site! Both you and T are exactly the kind of quality scribes that are always appreciated and needed. We have been making quite a few improvements with many more to come, some solid writing from you would make it even better!
one of the things that freaks me out more than anything else in films seems to be the uncanny applied to behavior..and not people just acting nuts or violent..just 'off'. See any David Lynch film especially Twin Peaks' evil spirits for example. When the girl got infected in the station and froze and started making that one note for far longer than anyone could without taking a breath I was sweating bullets.
