    Dopo la lunga esperienza con gli Sbirros Mass Trouble e Igor Mortis si ritrovano nell'aprile 2006 per dare vita ai Female Troubles, trio napoletano dedito al punk rock. Il nome è inspirato ad una pellicola del sommo maestro John Waters in cui si narrano i problemi giovanili di una ragazza disturbata (interpretata magistralmente dalla magnifica Divine) alle prese con la scoperta del mondo. Dopo pochi mesi di prove e una decina di canzoni dirette e folgoranti, arriva la loro prima apparizione live (Novembre 2006) di apertura agli Spits in una data del loro tour europeo. Nell'aprile del 2007 il loro primo tour fuori dall'Italia li porta ad Aprile in Spagna e ad Agosto in America per un tour di tre settimane lungo la California e il Nevada. Nell'Ottobre del 2007 la Lo-Fi Records pubblica il loro primo 7 pollici in 300 copie vinile nero. 4 tracce di puro punk '77 con ottime recensioni da parte di fanzine, webzine e riviste del settore, tra tutte Rumore. Diverse le partecipazioni a compilation (quali "Sick of being sick" Volume 1 per la Primitive Records in versione 12 pollici, "Rock Against Berlusconi" in versione cd, "This is Naples Vo.1" per la Freak Out Records in formato cd e tanti altre più o meno famose). Nel Gennaio del 2009 esce "Can Your Pussy Do The Dog", CD EP di 6 tracce autoprodotto dai titoli che lasciano poco all'immaginazione come Teenage Schizoid, Killed By Romance, Crush On You, solo per citarne alcune. Nel Giugno 2009 c'è un cambio di line-up, entra in formazione Mr. Key al basso. I loro testi sono intrisi di tematiche care ai punkers (sesso, sangue e rock'n'roll) e di riferimenti alle vecchie pellicole Horror e B-Movie. Ironici e disacratori fino all'osso, sono tra i gruppi più politically uncorrect che si possano trovare in circolazione La peculiarità di questo gruppo sono sicuramente l'aspetto live e la dedizione al DIY (le registrazioni sono autoprodotte con un TASCAM 4 tracce analogico). Hanno diviso il palco con gruppi del calibro di Spits, Clorox Girls, White Flag, Low Point Drains, Anomalys, M.O.T.O., Demon's Claws, Pets, Shootin' Lucy, Feelers, PVC, M.O.T.O., Spits, White Flag, Clorox Girls, Feelers, Feeling Of Love, Hell Shovel, River City Rebels e tanti alri. Memorabili i loro concerti lampo a base di panna e banane, bambole gonfiabili e rotoli di carta igienica. Insomma la voglia di divertirsi non manca e i Female Troubles si candidano ad essere la vostra party band preferita. Attenzione... la festa potrebbero farla a voi!! They are trio and they play punk'n'roll with attitude and D.I.Y. Philosophy. They don't care about you and what you think about them!! They are an apolitic band and they play in every fuckin' place for spreading the holy word of rock'n'roll!!
