Zeke Panitz and Kevin MacKenzie met in college, started writing songs together and playing out. But just the two of them by themselves wasn't enough so Jaime Rioux was added to give us that sweet three part harmony and then Shaemus Shepard was added on drums. We are a band that loves to keep it real. Our music is honest, sincere, and to the point, but also fun and catchy.
Kevin Mackenzie guitar player, singer and one half of the songwriting team for THE FEW loves peanut butter sandwiches and spinning straw into gold. Zeke Panitz, the piano player with the heavy left hand, singer, and the other half of the songwriting team loves making babies. The beautiful, the delicious, Jaime Rioux, singer and tamberine player for The Few who in the meantime is a president of a small country and last but not least the newest member, Shaemus Shepard, drummer by night banker by day and hung over by morning. We're setting up a 2-day 'Float On It' Festival around our neck of the woods. I'm not sure if anyone's talked to you yet. But we would love to have you guys play. I miss y'all so frickin' much! It's been way too long since I've seen y'all. I'm plannin' on goin to the show at the Shorebreak and copin' the new album ASAP.
I'm actually working on the article and it's coming along nicely! I plan on being @ your show on the 10th @ The Peddler's Loft so drinks after your set (as well as during) are an absolute MUST! Can't wait...
