9:30 a.m. ......Friday morning.... Figured somewhere, slouched over a blackjack table is one weary, infamous Mr. Casino Hayes. Since I'm still awake and all, I figured I'd raise an ice-cold Heiniken in hopes of a great night at the table... (or the next time you find yourself listening to the ATM machine.. hehehhhh)
Either gamblin, or punishing on the skins and pissing off the neighbors....
Of maybe just sleepin... It is 9:30am, I guess...........
The Moorestown House Show will live on as one of the best musical experiences of my 35 years... Thanks again, to the band, the host, and one helluva set. Well worth the drive up from GA.
I think your myspace page got hacked because there are no upcoming Figgs shows listed..and that can't be true...call Tom and tell him about the problem
Don't know if this happened elsewhere but before The Hold Steady took the stage at their Tampa show, "Metal Detector" was played back to back with "Stay With Me" by The Faces. One helluva combo!
Thanks for bringing the Figgs' rock 'n' roll machine to leafy green Jamaica Plain, MA. We hope the locals treated you well and that there was enough gas money to get back home.
