I completely agree, I thought it was our free kick for him being set upon completely by two players, or at least a free kick to them for his incedental obstruction. He got the red for pushing Ronaldo, which should have only been a yellow at most. Carragher's penalty was fine, the goalkeeper was not taping his gloves, he was pissing about not paying attention because of his saves. He had a serious case of massive head. I think that Lennon should have taken the shot when he passed it to Lampard, was it? He's a great player and deserves a lot more credit, as does Terry. I don't even like football usually, apart from my local team and England. I am a rugby man, but when it comes to theWorld Cup, football should be home every four years.

Should not have made Carragher re-take his penalty. Both indicate a pro-Portugal bias. Refereeing in general this World Cup - Poll included - has often been atrocious.
