   About The Five Count
The Five Count is a radio show from Mankato, Minn. The show is broadcast Saturdays at 11 p.m. CST. The show is hosted by Dustin Wilmes and Juston "Ton" Cline. We pride ourselves on playing a mix of music you won't hear anywhere else in the area. We also field random phone calls from the public, so feel free to call in at 1-800-456-7810.

You can hear The Five Count at:

> KMSU 89.7 FM, Mankato

> KMSK 91.3 FM, Austin

> 91.9 FM Fairmont

> 91.9 FM Albert Lea

Or streamline it live at www.kmsu.org

The Five Count has been running live on Saturday nights since June 2004. It started out as a two-hour program, but was scaled back to one hour after the inception of the True Punks Do Electro show in November of the same year.

At first, the show was hosted by Dustin Wilmes, with an array of guests. Eventually, Juston "Ton" Cline was brought on as a co-host. Ton was originally the co-host of The Mothership Connection, the show before The Five Count.

The Five Count is unscripted and unrehearsed, with an unique blend of humor and music that is lacking in Mankato's radio market. In addition, it also features the occasional celebrity interview, and performances from The Five Count House Band. In March 2007, The Five Count was dubbed "Funniest Local Radio Program" by Centered Magazine of Mankato.

Hello!

I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time a few days ago. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral.

There are some cool covers, as well as some NEW music that will be on our upcoming EP. We're very excited about the new music and we'd like to share a sneak peak with you. Here's a video of a new tune called Run Bobby Run:

Let us know what you think!

Peace,
Elliot

Hey Five Count!

Since you seem to have good taste in music and live around the cities, I wanted to let you know about our show next Thursday, February 26th. We will be burning down the house at Trocaderos Nightclub in Minneapolis (107 3rd Ave N). If you've been there before, I don't have to tell you it's one of the best venues in the Twin Cities - classy atmosphere, great drinks, and the sound is always fantastic. We're gonna be recording live for a DVD, and this is definitely gonna be the coolest show we've done yet. So COME ON DOWN! The show is 18+, it starts at 9pm, and the cover is a mere $5. Hope to see you there!

Peace,
Elliot
