Jun 26 2008 6:54 AM

Hi folks, tonight (Thursday) we continue our run of resdencies featuring the fabulous VINNY VINNY at Tommy Flynn's, Camden High St. They play an inffectious blend of sharp suited beat-pop and soul and will be on at about 9:30pm.
Kicking off the night at about 8pm we've got the haunting tones of MARMADUKE DANDO then it's the turn of super girl group THE REVELATIONS with BUSTER SHUFFLE rounding off the night at about 10:30pm. All this for only the ill octoped of six quid. Doors open 7:30pm.

Our Sunday Afternoon Thing at The World's End Camden, reaches accross the pond for talent this week bringing you RICK BLAZE & THE BALLBUSTERS all the way from Massechussets + HANGINGBOX + ALEX WUTARS + CRAIG BRAUNS.
You can come and listen to that lot this Sunday from 5pm for the un-credit-crunching price of no pence.

Tickets are on sale now for YETI + CASSETTE ELEKTRIC + MARMADUKE DANDO at The Wilmington on Saturday the 5th of July.
Buy them by CLICKING HERE.

When people say "you wanna get aaaht more" they are, in fact, correct.

Love you

Your random fact of the day! :)

Celebrate Life of Lakeside, California, will pack the cremated remains of your loved one into fireworks and then explode them on a beach or off a boat at sunset. Fireworks shows can be coordinated to music ( When Irish Eyes Are Smiling, Wind Beneath My WIngs, etc. ) and can even be rendered in red, white and blue. Cost $500 to $3,750.

Random fact of the day :) :

It is believed that Shakespeare was 46 around the time that the King James Version of the Bible was written. In Psalms 46, the 46th word from the first word is shake and the 46th word from the last word is spear.

No One Died

Is Online

Dec 10 2007 3:13 PM

We present the first Snow One Died, a Christmas special on Sat 15th Dec.

Here, friends, Northern soul meets Art pop and they go out for a sandwich, Glam Rock thumb wrestles with a 60’s Pop Chantreuse and loses- but only on points!; It's the reddened cheeks and distended pudenda of New Wave as Post Punk asks it to dance the charleston. It’s a place where your dreams come true, but not the one where you always seem to be running away from someone who looks just like your old headmaster.

Playing Live:
· Bow Mods
· Dear Thief
· Public Service Announcers

As it’s a Christmas special, their promise to be plenty of surprises, but some things are always the same; Three superb bands, an atmosphere you could ride a horse in and fantastic music till late from the NoOneDied DJ's:
When: Saturday December 15th 8pm-Late
Where: Upstairs @ The Enterprise, Camden (nearest tube Chalk Farm)
