The Flat Planets have brought their blend of sometimes playful, sometimes indignant pop rock to almost every rock venue in Toronto over the past two years. With incredible responses to their live performances, unrelenting musical growth and cohesion, recording an album was their only option.
Working with recording engineer Michael Laird, they put together an incredible journey that is in case of emergency - which was released on May 25th to a packed house at Clinton's Tavern in Toronto.
Meanwhile, the band continues to play and write, constantly developing their sound... finding the words, remembering the future, walking a little closer, and looking for the ever grander occasion.
