Influences
The band members have completely different musical backgrounds, and the result is a coming together of ideas that creates a raw, truthful mixture of their influences.
'The Flow' play no covers, but listen carefully and you'll hear some U2, some rock 'n' roll, some blues, some funk, some Bob Dylan, some weird experimental shit, some modern singer-songwriters all trying their hardest to find their voice - but in the end, they just come together and flow.
THE FLOW - it's pop-rock; it's homemade; it's direct and it's uncovered. You will never get the songs out of your head. You'll be dancing; singing; clapping along and generally making a fool of yourselves as you bop; bang and boogie to your new favourite tunes. Great in the studio, but even better on the stage - 'The Flow' are the band that should (and probably will) take up your whole social calender.
THE FLOW - das ist Pop-Rock, handgemacht, ehrlich und geradeaus. Songs mit eingängigen Melodien, die oft schon nach einmaligem Hören im Ohr bleiben. Musik, die animiert - Tanzen, Mitklatschen oder einfach nur Zuhören. 'The Flow' stehen dazu, kommerziell zu sein. Aber immer mit einer gesunden Portion Selbstironie und einem versteckten Augenzwinkern. Mainstream vom Feinsten, der einfach nur Spaß macht. So soll es auch sein - nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger.
