The Vinyls are three lanky musicians and a midget arising from the streets of Liskeard and surrounding villages...

We make music in an industrial estate next to a Johova Witness meeting place.. (do they call them churches ?? i dont know ??)

Our pastimes other than making music tend to be quoting Anchorman and getting home for tea..

Its all incredibly rock and roll...

A Brief History

Well it all started out with James and Paul, who aged 11/12 really wanted to start a band. After going in search of other members and finding Adam on Bass and another rhythm guiatrist the Vinyls found themselves playing their first ever gig. On that same night the Vinyls recruited Simon, another guiatrist who had just taken up playing and was keen to join the band. Thats when we really started to come together and played a few more gigs in and around our local area. However, we found it difficult with 3 guitarists in one band so after much deliberation we got rid of our original rhythm guitarist and made it just the 4 of us: Paul, James, Adam and Simon

We are a youth based organisation, so there will be a small fee for over 19’s. The studio is fully kitted out with everything you need to make music including:- Digital Mixer Studio Software Amps CD & DVD Duplicator Drum Kit …and much more We also have a chill out area so you can relax in between sessions.
