Bio:

Back in 1999, Jeff moved in with his brother Matt, and every night turned into a acoustic jam.untill someone said you guys need to share this with other people. So then was born " Two Man Group" Just Jeff, Matt, a couple of acoustic guitars, and picture perfect harmonies. After a couple of years banging on the acoustics, other musicians started to gather and out came "The Flys." Well, it's now been almost six years and the band is stronger then ever. With over 70 shows in 2007. We're so busy we've considered slowing down............Nah!!!!!!! We just love to play and always have a great time. The Two Man show has turned into Two Man + 1 with the addition of harmonica player Mike Smith and still does shows in addition to The Flys shows. 2008 is already starting to get booked and the Flys are looking to play some new venues this year and expand on their already large list of cubs that they have been playing. JEFFERY ROBINSON: Jeffs been playing for 27 years now and has enjoyed a life full of music. Jeff has jammed with such bands as SEXSHUN 8, SHOOT MAGOO, RED ALERT and the TWO MAN ACOUSTIC DUO - THE TWO MAN GROUP and now with THE DEAD FLYS! Jeff opened shows for SAVOY BROWN and 38 SPECIAL. Jeff plays Epiphone, Ibanez and Takamine guitars & uses line 6 amplifiers.



MATTHEW ROBINSON: Matt was the other half of the TWO MAN GROUP with brother Jeff. Matts been playing for over 15 years now, starting way back in the jazz band in high school. Matt plays Epiphone and Fender guitars and uses Peavy amplifiers.



*********NEWS FLASH*******Gred Goodwin has now become the man behind the drums for The Flys and also adds some amazing vocals. Greg has been jamming for over 3 decades and continues to love to keep the beat.



TOMMY DAISY: Tommy has been jammin' well over 2 decades and has been in several bands, WILD FIRE, THE BOOGIE MEN, and FORGOTTEN just to name a few. Tommy brings exciting keyboard action along with excellent vocals



********NEWS FLASH**********Dave Schmidt has taken over the controls on the bass guitar and keeps The Flys heart pumping a solid beat. Dave also brings some great vocal capabilities to the group. Dave has jammed with such local fav's as Teaser and CrowHavin.



MIKE"TWEEKS" SMITH: Mike has had a computer implanted in his brain so that he is able to keep everything sounding greaton the sound board, run the light board, and play an awesome harp at the same time. You gotta see him to believe it. He's almost a freak of nature. All the ladies love how he moves his mouth on that harp. Come see us and let him push your buttons.
