The Forgotten Dream is an Idea. A concept. Originally formed in late 2005, and then reestablished in 2007, the group has evolved into an independent authority not yielding to the trends and crushes of what's 'hot'.
The band creates mood. It's a beautiful thing. Some call it music, and some: an experience. Beautiful, Unique, Tight, Dreamlike.
The amount of experience between the members can be measured in decades. Each have brought years or recording experience, live show experience. The band has broken the mold of the 'genre' while adding definitive vocals and thick, thought out sounds. Most importantly the Forgotten Dream has the ability to use the negative space of silence as a tool.
Often grouped with bands like lovedrug, coldplay, switchfoot and keane, The Forgotten Dream has effectively carved their own sound in this already saturated scene.
The Forgotten Dream plays only a few select shows. Each is it's own, and is sure not to disappoint. Keep your eyes and ears open, their record is nearly done. This group is sure to bring something new to your exhausted music collection.
