.......... .. .. ..If you don't know us, we're The Fractions from in and around Rochdale, Manchester, UK (with a dash of new mills and essex!). We've been playing together in some lineup or another for the last 8 years or so, travelled the country and met some great people who we're now good friends with. We've played with loads of mint bands and had the chance play alongside loads of different bands like Leatherface, Rancid, Big d and the kids table, the peacocks, milloy, the splitters, Uk Subs, 3 minute warning, the vibrators, crazy arm, chase longbeach, strung out and loads more .. ..this is what we're up to.. .. WE HAVE A NEW ALBUM OUT. 'Release' is 9 tracks for £5 and we couldnt be more proud .. we have a new van !.. ..we also have a webstore at www.thefractions.bigcartel.com where you can buy our CD's and T-shirts. we brought a split ep out last year on TNS records, with fellow manc band revenge of the psychotronic man. its only a couple of quid......as is the TNS compilation cd we're featured on, along side bands such as the great st louis, hairjan, just panic, the hyperjax, dog toffee, buzzkill and many more. check the webstore for full listings of all cds .. ..Big thanks to everyone who's put us on, put us up, bought merch, seen us play live and been good friends for all these years .. .. .. .. .. ..!!!
