About Malik

Malik Moore has done it all in his career as a solo artist, musician, and arranger. Having played sold out shows at LA hot spots as House of Blues, The Roxy, The El Rey, and shows at The Troubadour, The Knitting Factory, Echo Curio, and The Henry Ford Theatre. He’s performed with LA legends Hepcat, Fishbone, and Dub Reggae group The Lions with Deston Berry and Alex Desert. Also a member of LA underground group The Future Ancients and luminaries Ocean 11. The Freq has worked in the studio with top producers for Brandy, Eric Benet, and jammed on stage with Prince.

Now, Malik is back in the studio working on his solo work and continues to knockdown shows on stage as Malik “The Freq” and a frontman for The Lions with Deston Berry and Alex Desert.
