Since their formation in early 2008, The Frogbots have quickly made a name for themselves as one of the most focused pop bands in Western New York. Whether you've heard their infectious song craft on your local radio station or been hypnotized at one of their high-energy live sets, these four SUNY Fredonia students are making an impact on the Western New York independent scene. The Frogbots have completed their first official EP, Sweetheart of the Radio, in the winter of 2009. Their first full-length album Kings of Oblivionion was released to the public on Halloween Night, 2009. Both releases are available for download on this page!
Here's what the critics have to say about THE FROGBOTS:
"When I think the FROGBOTS, I think those four guys who are always eating together at the dining hall!" - Scott Byrne, Ethos New Music Society
"FROGBOTS for President '08!" - Steve Brew, The Fan
"Dorks of the good persuasion." - 90.5 WBER Local Show
"Catchier than syphillis!" - Mario Rubano, Connoisseur of Cute

What's goin' on The Frogbots? So charmingly silky, your skin is like a teardrop on a popsickle. You have not yet reached the height of your creativity. You are dressed with filaments and people take pains to make you fully incandescent this evening. You turn the atmosphere ablaze with currents of sweet ethylene when you smile. Your beauty is equal to the smoothness of a polished gem. Panoramic aromavision is the future. Wood nymphs sprinkle your path with rose petals while you dance and prowl in the sequined moonlight with leftover cupcake sprinkles. How can I help but use your eyes as a means for self-asphyxiation? You ever remind me of the enigma of happy thoughts I once forgot. What wonderful vibrations you are capable of. Your essence is equal to the beauty of a galaxy. How it passes there and back again like a tear drop glistening in moonlight. I find your eyes to be a wondrous amusement park filled with neo-plastic pleasures and turkish delights. The skin I shed is a perfume that makes water bubbles so terribly clear to me.
Hey gentleman, I love your tunes. They sound sick! I think i've messaged you guys before but... I'm just letting everyone know that I just dropped my prices on recording back down to $10 an hour. I also specialize in Mixing and Mastering. If you're in the market to record some songs let me know and perhaps we can work something out!
I've recorded tons of bands from around the area from my very own home. Bands like Makyo Star and Seric (in the old days) to name a couple. I record from home so that's why I can afford to keep my prices low.
I am currently running Pro Tools 8.0 with a ton of powerful Plug-ins made by some of the best brandds around!
Check out my page and let me know if you're interested.
all together not a bad sound. just one thing and plz dont take this the wrong way. take it as constructive criticism. im sorry to say your singer is off key. maybe its just how you recorded or something but he is def off key. but thats ok keep on keepin on. work on those vocals and you'll have a nice sound
Thanks so much for checking us out! We are going to be out on tour this March so you should check out the dates if you get a chance! How are things with you guys going? Your songs are cool, it would be neat to do a show togehter sometime! Love, LA
