The Frozen Ocean is a collection of songs I, Dave Swanson, have written over the course of
the last 3 years. Thematically they chronicle 3 days and nights of explorer Henry Hudson,
lost and alone in the frozen Arctic ocean. Lyrically they talk about struggles and victories
of forgiveness, love, loss and faith. The Frozen Ocean EP is a very personal CD and the
lyrics display the best and worst parts of myself. I've tried to create a world within these
songs, to transport the listener to a different place. I hope you enjoy listening to these
songs half as much as I have enjoyed making them.
