WHAT WAS HOT, COLD AND PURPLE ALL OVER? PRINCE NITE AT THE SCOOT INN ON NEW YEAR'S EVE!
Our happy and heartfelt thanks to everyone in the overwhelming crowd who brought the love to the Scoot Inn for Prince Nite on New Year's Eve. The weather was cold, the show was hot, and all the people were beautiful! We had a fabulous time and from the new photos coming in, it looks like you did, too.
Much love to Foot Patrol, Rick Daddy, DJ Mahealani, the Funk Peepshow Dancers, The Scoot Inn, the SIMS Foundation, and Champion Scion for helping us bring Austin an outstanding New Year's Eve party.
THE FUNK PEEPSHOW is a project-in-progress by RUBYRICO PRODUCTIONS ('Performances with Depravity & Style').
In 2005, RubyRico Productions came together in Austin, Texas, through a shared love of music, first rocking the bizarre and beautiful world of Tom Waits in THE BROKEN CLOCK CABARET.
Now, the RubyRico kids are working with their first loves, Mister Funk and Sister Soul, through collaborations with some of Austin's deepest funk bands. Each collaboration serves as a preview for the culmination of our FUNK PEEPSHOW extravaganza, set to premiere sometime in 2010.
