The Funny Side...Outside

The Funny Side brings top quality comedy to the outside air this summer!

Fancy combining some great comedy with some sunshine and a BBQ this summer? Well now you can!

On Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July we'll be bringing 'The Funny Side...Outside' to the Black Lion Summer Festival.

The Black Lion is a beautiful pub, on the river in Hammersmith with a reputation for excellent food.

We'll be holding two great nights of comedy there to top off their week long summer festival, in a large marquee in their beer garden (so you'll have shelter even if the worst of the British weather hits). Other than the unique location our ethos remains the same, three great acts and a compere, two great hours of comedy.

Book early to avoid disappointment!

WHAT NOT TO SAY TO A POLICE OFFICER!

I can't reach my license unless you hold my beer.

Sorry, Officer, I didn't realize my radar detector wasn't plugged in.

Aren't you the guy from the Village People?

Hey, you must've been doin' about 125 mph to keep up with me. Good job!

I thought you had to be in relatively good physical condition to be a police officer

You're not gonna check the boot, are you?

I was trying to keep up with traffic. Yes, I know there are no other cars around. That's how far ahead of me they are.

What? You need a license to drive?

But really I just wanted to say Hi, you are my best friend, Honest.
