About me:
Following last years’ tremendous response to the one day event “The Taste of Organic Living”, held at The Dock, Carrick- on- Shannon, the 2008 affair is going from strength to strength with the theme “The Future is Local” – A Sustainable Living Showcase in Leitrim and the North Western Region.

To solve last years’ problem of congestion inside the Dock foyer we will have heated marquees at the entrance of the building for food stalls and any industry that includes hands -on demonstration. There will be tables and chairs so clients can be comfortable while they have a bite to eat at the outdoor barbeque. Some children’s entertainment /crafts will also be in the tents (pumpkin carving !) This year we would also like to accommodate a few of the medium to large sustainable construction industries (solar/wind). All participants will be listed in the program and the day (s) which they will be attending. Tables will be provided.
