The Garage is all about music from the Northwest. If you've got shows coming up you want to promote, let me know. I'll get you in the studio and we can do an evening on The Garage featuring your band, what you've got coming up or coming out. I'll spend a Friday night hour show doing an album release if your band has a new disc coming out. I AM YOUR PIMP!! It's all about getting local music exposed. The show becomes more interesting when the bands that get played take part in it, plus its great exposure for you. You've got a friend on the inside, because for me....its all about rock n roll baby!

About me:
"The Garage" is a program on 104.7 KDUXX, hosted by KDUX jock Darwin Sharrah weeknights at 11pm. The focus of "The Garage" is to highlight music from the Northwest area, bands like Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, as well as the bands like Green River, Mother Love Bone, The Melvins, and Mudhoney. On Friday nights we roll out a full one hour of NW music, which also highlights bands from the Grays Harbor and Pacific county areas. 3 years ago my mother was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. At that time, like most people, I had only "heard of" Lou Gehrig's Disease but had no idea what it was. Today, my mother's only got 2 weeks to 2 months left to live. She's lost her speach & ability to move 90% of her body while her brain remains fully thinking and emotional.
Please help me raise the world's awarness of ALS while making a few bucks to help find a cause/cure.
Rock Out ALS is a 12 band, 12 hour All AGES show for a Suggested Donation of only $5.00
