**click here** for new layouts! Welcome to the musical home of Ireland's pop duo The Garland Cult. As founding members of the band Empire State Human, Aidan Casserly and Lar Kiernan perform electro-pop, in the true sense of that term. With the expert help of their producers, TGC have crafted complex arrangements, around beautiful melodies that enhance the songs instead of cluttering them up. A sound for people who enjoy intelligence and thoughtfulness in their pop music. In 2008 TGC followed their critically well received debut CD "Protect Yourself From Hollywood" (2007) with the digital album "Glitterazzi" on Ninthwave Media (US). With two European releases in the digital singles "Talking With Aliens" (produced by Steve Bronski) and "boygeorgeICON" both released with Electric Fantastic Sound. *Brand new single European single "ETHER" released 15th September 2009 with Electric Fantastic Sound. Currently recording "Monster" for release on CD in 2010. European labels please contact the band for licensing.
