TheGathering SF

The Gathering was conceived in 1991 with the goal of uniting the new but already fracturing rave scene in San Francisco. Four small parties called Come-Unity / Eklypz / Piesces / and Destiny came together to do the first Gathering at a disused church on Harrison Street. It was a mind blowing dance marathon that ended at 9am in the morning. A legend was born.

Since then there have been over 55 gatherings in SF, SJ, LA, Hawaii, Seattle, Amsterdam & Ireland. The locations were always unique ranging from warehouse break ins, aircraft hangers, clubs & ranches, to national guard armories, race tracks, union halls & bowling alleys. No matter where the gatherings happened the result was always the same, a high energy positive event with great music & lots of smiling loving dancing people.... lives were changed for sure.!!
