Science fiction, fantasy, horror, travel, food and science. I collect dragons and love to bake bundt cakes and anything with pumpkin.
Music
Personally, my tastes are eclectic. I have everything from Billy Idol to Dwight Yoakum in my collection. These days I've been listening to KBIG on the radio and Franz Ferdinand on CD. I also like smooth jazz and techno dance music. And, I'll always love the synth pop of the '80s! I'm also a big fan of Danny Elfman and Joseph LoDuca. Oh, and I probably own more Monkees CDs that is healthy.
Movies
I only watch movies on DVD, preferably in wide screen with DTS sound. ;-) The most recent title I watched was Alien vs. Predator. It wasn't as bad as I heard it was, but the ending was just wrong is so many ways. My top three favorite movies of all time are The Princess Bride, The Ten Commandments and The Wizard of Oz. I also like Terminator and Enemy Mine.
Television
I only have time to watch taped/Tivo'd shows. Currently programed include: Medium, CSI, Lost and House. I really miss Threshold. And I want the SciFi Channel so bad I can taste it. Well, not literally ...
Books
I'm so busy trying to catch up on all the magazines and e-zines I've subscribed to, I haven't read a book in while. I think the last book I read was Stephen King's Danse Macabre.
Heroes
Loosely defining a hero as someone whom I respect and "look up to," I'd have to say my heroes include Carl Sagan, Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov and Ursula LeGuin.

Issue 1 comes to life with Darby Larson's "Electroencephalography" where an experiment in robot-building goes terribly awry. And if you've ever woken up with an unexpected physical deformity—say, an arrow in your heart—you'll truly enjoy the next story. There's also a smattering of flash fiction and psychedelia; a straight-out story where things aren't what they seem, poetry that takes you from the perverse to the sublime, some magic realism, science fiction, and a few letters to another species thrown in for good measure. We haven't forgotten those of you with a literary bent. In addition, the artwork in this issue is particularly strong, with oil paintings, watercolors, photography, and photo illustrations complementing the words with which they are paired.

Thanks for finding us in outer space. This magazine sounds pretty interesting - we´d like to check it out but didn´t find a link on your myspace site. Are we blind? This sometimes happens when traveling with hyperspeed like we do right now....
Before we headed off to Alpha Centauri we left our album for free download (11 Tracks, MP3, 192 kBit/s) directly through a link on our myspace site. Enjoy the space trip. Peace
