The George is a listed public house (built 1654) owned and run by artist Pauline Forster
(Wikipedia).
It is in Stepney in the heart of the East End.
The George Tavern is now a music, performance and arts venue and last year gave over 3,000 artists a platform in front of approx 30,000 people.
