About me: It all started with a Killer Vert ramp built in Tampa
by Team Pain in 2003.
The crew was headed up by Mike Cruise and Dave Ellis,
along with ripper Tim Kulas and the Hammond bros.
The Ghetto vert Ramp was built in an area of Tampa with alot of .... hmmm, character?
Well ok, we'll call it as it is, the area is comprised primarily of crackheads, crackhead prostitutes, crackhead gangster thugs, and crack dealers.
The ramp was built behind the building that housed the business that helped fund the the creation of this dream.
Even though it was a very nice building, it WAS in the middle of the ghetto.
Soooo.
After a couple of relocations and
many ramp modifications. Here we are.
Settling down just outside of Zephyrhills, Fl.
With plenty of room for building.

The contest was sorta RAD, but soo many people that we know didn't bother coming out to support it. The local kids, at least most of them, were intimidated and thought they weren't good enough. The really big hitters found other things to do. The net result was a big monetary loss but we learned a lot for the next one. One of those things is that if you ARE sponsored you must skate only sponsored. Another is that a bikini contest in Zephyrhills doesn't attract anyone that you really want to see in a bikini.
