In late 2008, Haziq And The Giggles were officially formed when Ahmad Haziq and Nazmi Ahmad were planning on forming a band and yet they were still on their senior year in high school. There were without any doubt that music has influenced them but each with different taste of genre and sound. With Haziq with his classy jazzy voice and groovy guitar rhythm while Nazmi with his love of mind-flying music and a drummer of another band, they were sure ready to free dear listeners' mind off.
Having difficulties and confusion on how to record their music at first, they managed to work it out from time to time despite their first demo was roughly recorded as they were only new to this thing. Feeling short of members, Hakeem Razak and Aimy Wafiy joined them to add more catchy yet melodically tuned sound with Hakeem Razak as the groovy bassist and Aimy Wafiy as their mind blowing lead guitarist, ready to change people's perspectives on Brunei local music.Sure without Ayen, the lyrics of 'Si Bida Dari Gelap' would sound crappy without his innovative ideas and Haziq And The Giggles recording session won't be at this far. Not forgetting Zulvito as their entertainer of the room and their recording technician.
All lyrics are sincerely written with extra love,blowing kisses and pure material. Their music is best listened when you’re in the mood to express yourselves, your mind is floating on mid-air, when you're observing the water moving up and down the beach as you sit on the sand, or when you're in the car watching cars and people go by.
