Hi Danuta,

I hope you have a safe and happy holiday season!

I also wanted to share the news that I've been accepted into the Amazon Shorts program. This is an initiative through Amazon.com where the reader can download an author's work for only $00.49. Amazon.com will store the story for you in a digital locker, email it to you in the body of an email, and also email it to you as a PDF.

My first story is called "Dr. Nekros: The Tragedian." Dr. Nekros is the lead character in a serialized storyline who is a ghost hunter pursuing the demon that disfigured him, all while trying to avoid his ex-wife. Check it out here.

Best Wishes,
Scott William Foley

Hi, Danuta! I like how you say your heroes are those who keep fighting to produce art, even when the money isn't exactly flooding in:) I agree!

Hi Danuta, hows things with yourself. sorry I haven't been in touch. I'm still focusing on the dominoes, and taking it one day at a time vis-a-vis the Scrabble addition. My main news tho is that I'm to be a father in December, which is very exciting. But i'm laso working away at the storytelling and the writing. The storytelling sessions are geting a lot of word of the mouth support from locals and tourists alike. So much so that tonights show is sold out. Yay! And I've recently rewritten two chapters of my novel. Chapters 19 & 20 are an Irish folk tale as told by a storyteling character. However, when I originally wrote it I tried to hard to make the story work, and it just ended up dead air, which was a pain because it the story is so important to the novel. But then, Ping, I had a cunning plan, and wrote the story down as I tell it during my shows. And hey presto the problem was solved. So now the novel is back on an even keel, and people can also get a sense of what my show is like from reading the story. Isn' that cool. Other news: It is, suprise suprise, pissing down in Galway, which is grand cos it just makes everything look greener. Hope alls well wae yirsel. Catch yi later :-)
