"Somethin' new I wrote." -Here's the details:
First notable musical impact on my life (jonny)- the Captain Blood soundtrack. Used to play it on my pop's Kenwood turntable. After that, probably the stripped down anthology version of "I am the Walrus", minus all the psychedelic stuff, oh and pretty much everything on "Harvest Moon."
I met Erik in high school, actually in middle school but he was one of the cool kids that sat in the back of the bus. He got a drumset our junior year and he already had lotsa drum practice on his steering wheel.
Alot has happened since then. But to reap the benefits induced by brevity and mystery, I'll save it for another time.
Dustin, our born-amoeba-brother from the west, plays bass, and he's singing now too.
The songs have changed, but still are the same. There's a lullaby-ish tonality there. Like a music box buried in a sandstorm. Sometimes it's a sandstorm in a music box. Either way, we ain't ever gonna stop.
soon soon soon soon soon.
