Four! beautiful boys, from the same small town, went on an adventure. It was to become legend. It all began when they were digging out in the woods, adding on to their fort. When one of them, prehaps the most beautiful, said..."I believe we shall become a group, a band, yes a band called THE GLEAM!" This was fine with the other beautiful boys, since they had no friends. Once they acquired some instruments, the talented beautiful boys created the most gorgeous sound. With a steady, cool wind the sound spread all around. Elders began to weep, children began to dance, sweethearts made love, dogs did cats...it truly was a beautiful sound. Luckily for you dear reader, the sound is still around. Yes, and you can become a part of this tale...how?...well, that is easy, just go to see THE GLEAM when they are playin', or get their records, and don't forget to tell yr friend.

Finally made it to a Gleam show after like three years since the only other time I saw you guys play....fucking awesome show. Unfortunately I couldn't stay for the entire thing but it was amazing seeing you guys play! Love the new songs.
Nice set at the festival guys. Y'all slay me. I've posted 7 albums from the DBF 09...check 'em out. Use/abuse any you like. If you don't like anything, let me know and I'll pull them. My camera battery died right before CeDell went onstage so I don't have any of the rest of Saturday night performances. mb
