    GONZALES are formed in spring 2004 by Markey Moon and B. (guitar and bass of COSMOGRINGOS, italian instrumental psychedelic garage surf from Triest), Pam Christensen (drummer of crust band STILLICIDIO) and Mark Simon Hell (guitarist in various hardcore bands as LA PIOVRA, OHUZARU, NAB and among others). - In July 2004 they record the song "Dark Mood" which will be part of the compilation "Desert Sound - The Spaghetti Sessions Vol...1" produced by the italian label W*UCK Records. - In March 2005 they record 10 songs of very intense punk'n'roll influenced by punk, classic rock and garage which became their first cd, "HELL DRIVE", out in Summer 05 and produced by KORNALCIELO RECORDS and 8RECORDS. - In 2006 they take part in the D.I.Y. compilation "La Nostra Scelta" together with the Italian punk & hardcore bands, with the song "It's Up To You". - In winter 2006 drummer Pam Christensen left the band, and his place has been taken by Malcolm B. Cobra, drummer of the rockarolla band MEAT TORPEDOES. - A 7'' split ep with DROP THE I (post-punk band from Milan, Italy) is released in November 2006. - Spring 2008 they relaease the song "Check Mate" on the compilation "The Heavy Psych Italian Sounds" (GoDown Records); - Fall 2008: release their new Album "CheckMate" in Cd on CHORUS OF ONE RECORDS and in Lp 12" vinyl on TORNADO RIDE!, CONCUBINE and PSYCHO T RECORDS. - In september '09 Tilen Durden joins in the band like singer. - In november '09 they play 11 gigs in 2 week of tour around Europa (Austria, Germany, Netherland and Italy) - during 2010 they have played in many clubs and festivals around Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia. - May '11 they play a European tour of 2 week (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherland and Switzerland) - July '11 after 7 years of rumbling bass one of the founding fathers of the band B. is going to leave the band, he will be substituted by our guitar player Markey Moon: the new guitar player will be Ilija Riffmeister - September '11 release a split 7" with Austrian REVEREND BACKFLASH Shared the stage with: SHAM69 (UK) LORDS OF ALTAMONT (USA) TURBONEGRA (USA) NEW CHRISTS (Australia) BOSS MARTIAN (USA) MAD SIN (Germany) BULEMICS (USA) BRUTAL KNIGHTS (Canada) M.O.T.O.
