   About The Grass Gypsys
The Travelin' Song
.. The Grass Gypsys are an independant, acoustic fusion band from Boston with a signature sound fouled by the power of two. Husband & wife musical duo, Justin and Colleen Kleya, blend styles from American Roots music: Jazz, Blues, Rock n' Roll, Folk, R&B & World; into their catalog of original music and cover songs. They have been compared tp Tuck & Patti, Nora Jones, & Fleetwood Mac. Colleen's rich and charismatic vocals and Justin's expressive, finger-style guitar playing create a sound that is fresh and entertaining for all ages. The Grass Gypsys have been described as “…a joy to witness…” “…soul and serenity…” and “...consummate musicians.” The Grass Gypsys got their start in Boston, MA in 2005 and have been touring across the United States since 2006, playing over 200 shows in 2008 alone. They have recorded two full-length, self-released albums: "Legend's, Myth's, & Fairytales" (2006) & "Lesson's From Eden" (2008), and are in the process of recording their third album and planning for fourth cross-country tour. Hey you two! Shame on all of us for not breaking bread yet!
We have a wee cottage for you in OB for the 1st week in August if you still need it. Small, but all the accouterments you need, including a garden of Eden and a singing patio. And it's all yours...
Can't wait to see you, there or here.

Happy Sunday. Hope your feeling easy. I wanted to remind you, if you didn't know already, we have a kick ass show coming up this friday 4/24 at The Worthen Attic in Lowell, MA.
Were playing with our friends Lost in Stereo and
The Murder Weapon (Portland, ME). Come by and show some support to the local music scene. Local shows are always a good time.

I'm gonna leave are newest homemade music video as well. It's for our song "The Raft" It was made by Lincoln Flood and Joey Explosive one not so lazy afternoon ditching work. I hope you like it. Keep in touch. Peace.

I'm home sick with mono :( booking The BBQ wasn't all that great. Music didn't take off like the manager wanted to, so your best bet is to call him at the bbq, his name is Gordon Parker.
